POWR Studio is based in the centre of Clitheroe, making it easy to reach from anywhere in the Ribble Valley. We’re within walking distance of Clitheroe town centre parking and public transport links.

2. What classes do you offer?
We specialise in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, Stretch sessions, and tailored one-to-one personal training. Each class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall wellbeing.

3. Do I need experience to join a class?
Not at all. Our classes welcome complete beginners as well as experienced movers. We’ll guide you through every step so you feel confident and supported.

4. What should I wear and bring?
We recommend comfortable activewear you can move easily in. For Reformer Pilates and Barre, grip socks are advised for safety. Please bring a bottle of water, and we’ll provide everything else you need.

5. How do I book a class?
You can book easily online via our website. We also offer class packs if you’d like to commit to regular sessions at a reduced rate.

6. Is parking available nearby?
Yes, there are several pay-and-display car parks within a short walk of our Clitheroe studio, as well as on-street parking options.

7. Do you offer private or small group sessions?
