Founded by a lifelong fitness professional and certified Pilates, Barre, and Personal Trainer, our studio is built on a passion for helping people feel their best through mindful, effective, and personalised training.
We create a supportive and welcoming environment where every client — whether beginner or advanced — can move with confidence, build lasting strength, and enjoy the benefits of expert-led Pilates and fitness.
Our Team
Caroline
Studio owner With over a decade of experience, Caroline is an expert movement specialist who transitioned from personal training to clinical Pilates. She specialises in injury rehabilitation, focusing on orthopaedic conditions, lower back pain, pelvic health, and menopause.
An Advanced Nutritionist and Reformer instructor, Caroline combines her background in functional strength (TRX, Kettlebells) with mindful movement. She is currently expanding her expertise through Biomechanics and is completing her Level 4 qualification.

Clinical: Orthopedics, Lower Back Pain, Pelvic Health, & Menopause.
Movement: Mat & Reformer Pilates, Pilates for Sport, & Biomechanics.
Wellness: Advanced Nutrition & Senior Fitness (65+).
Mat Pilates Instructor Amy
Amy is an APPI‑trained Pilates instructor who brings her passion for Pilates to her mat classes. She enjoys helping clients understand their bodies, build strength, and move with confidence to improve posture, core stability, strength, and functional movement.
Her classes are designed to create long‑term strength and ease in a supportive, encouraging space where every client can feel their progress. As a busy mum of two, she knows how valuable even a small pocket of movement can be and aims to help clients experience that same lift in their day.
